Pioneers had many difficulties when they moved west. For example, the wagons they rode in always got stuck. They also had problems like going on roads that weren’t real roads. They went to unexplored places. Pioneers had to cross the Rocky Mountains. They had to walk 2,000 miles because the wagon was bumpy and unpleasant. There were some problems that were even bigger like dying on the way.
